At Sustainable Communities Inc., we are committed to addressing critical gaps in resources that affect the well-being and stability of communities. Our mission revolves around creating sustainable solutions in four key areas: housing, food security, support services, and education. These areas are fundamental pillars for fostering resilient and thriving communities, yet they often face significant challenges and disparities.
Our project
Access to affordable, safe, and stable housing is a fundamental human right, yet many individuals and families struggle to secure adequate housing. In many communities,there is a shortage of affordable housing options, leading to overcrowding, homelessness, and housing instability. SustainableCommunities Inc. aims to fillthis gap by developing sustainable housing solutions.
We are currently seeking funding to develop and operate a supportive housing location in SolanoCounty,California, an area that has a great need for housing. This developmentis forthose who have been or are at-risk of being unhoused, and those who will benefitfrom not only the housing, butthe additional support as they transition back into being housed.
